Steve Milligan

To Terry's Family, Please accept my most sincere condolences at the loss of Terry. I knew him, and saw him often at State Farm, for many, many years. I never heard Terry say a single negative thing about anyone, and no one ever said anything negative about him. Like me, he came to work, did his job, and mostly kept to himself. He will be missed. Sincerely, Major/BDO. Steven J. Milligan
